Kangoo Bounce: Saturday/ 8:30am 40mins
Come reset your body with a fun, vibrant and family oriented Trap Spin Class & Kangoo Bounce Fitness Class. The setting is small and all equipment will be provided for both fitness classes. Bootcamp will help you strengthen your body, build lean muscles and lose inches fast, while Kangoo Bounce is a full body workout that helps reduce fat, rejuvenates your body and put you in a state off health, fitness and well being.
